SASSI is a company that produces pork meat; it is located in the north of Italy, close to the traditional production area of Italian cured products as Parma Ham and salami. The company was established in 1898. The production is composed by slaughtering, direct warm dissection and trimming of pork meat. The company processes only Italian heavy pigs, around 10,000 pigs each week. We produce around 60 tonnes of trimming per week which are sold in the Italian market for the production of traditional cured products.
